Updates and Important Info
The Apple Valley boys lacrosse team ended their home season on a high note as they defeated the Simley Spartans 10 to 9 in overtime on Tuesday’s senior appreciation night. Many seniors made their mark in the game but none more than Jake DeWall who notched five goals and one assist including the overtime winner barely a minute into sudden death overtime. In front of a crowd filled with fans, family, and alumni, other seniors stepped up their games as well. Tristen Plagge played invigorated offense adding a goal, Kevin Cranmer won key face offs, and Adam Johnson played stout defense. The energy of the stadium was rewarded with a very satisfying end of season home win.
Apple Valley fans are thankful to the senior players, which also include Kyle Schumann, Antonio Santos, and Jacob Savard for their leadership and relentless effort and dedication to the Apple Valley boys lacrosse team.
